摘要
本科生导师制是传统个性化育人理念在当代大学的实践回归,作为一种因材施教的柔性培养机制,它可与现行教学制度并存共行,但与研究生导师制有所区别。作为个性化育人理念在高等院校的一种实践形式,它可成为军队院校推进精英教育和自主学习模式的有力抓手。它与个性化育人理念的教育教学本质相契合,一方面有利于教师主导作用的发挥,为教师更加灵活主动的开展教学提供平台和机会;另一方面有利于增强学生主体意识,引导和牵引学生充分发挥主观能动性,激发自身潜能,培养生存与发展所必需的思维能力和创新能力。
The undergraduate' s tutorial system is the return of the traditional individuality education in contemporary university. As a mechanism of teaching a person according to his aptitude, it can go along with the current teaching system, but it is different from the graduate tutor system. As one practice of the individuality education in the university, it ean be a tool of carrying out elite education and independent learning. Being consistent with the essence of individuality education, it is good for teachers to play their leading role, offering the platform and opportunity for the teachers to teach flexibly and the students to enhance their subject consciousness, inducting the students to display their subjective initiative and stimulate their potential, cultivate the thinking ability and innovation ability for their survival and development.
