摘要
推进军队任职教育转型成绩突出、成效明显,但在各院校的具体实践中,一些片面认识的影响也不容忽视。本文研究认为,必须警惕当前军队院校任职教育改革中存在的培养目标定位上过于强调任职岗位指向、教学科研实践中过于突出教学弱化科研、教学内容设置上过于注重显性能力提升、方法手段运用上过于追求形式创新等四个误区。
Great achievements have been made to promote the army' s professional education. But in the practice of some military academies, some one - sided cognition shouldn' t be neglected. We must be vigilant against the four long - standing mistakes: first, for the teaching aim, professional aim has been emphasized excessively; second, teaching has been highlighted too much while scientie researches have been weakened; third, the teaching contents is too dominant; and finally, the teaching means is formal and superficial.
