莱钢连铸板坯凝固传热模型的建立

摘要 连铸坯凝固传热数学模型研究的基本思路是基于凝固传热理论,根据能量守恒定律,建立二维非稳态传热模型,建立模型的内容包括:基本假设、凝固传热方程、边界条件以及初始条件的确定、连铸坯凝固传热数学模型的求解(边界条件、物性参数的确定等),然后进行程序编制。根据型钢炼钢厂4#连铸机现场实际条件,建立了中碳钢的宽板坯凝固传热模型。 The basic idea of the research on solidification and heat transfer mathematical model of the con- tinuous casting slab is that, based on the theory of heat transfer and solidification, according to the energy conservation law, the two-dimension unsteady heat transfer model is established, and the content to estab- lish the model includes the basic hypothesis, the solidification and heat transfer equation, the determina- tion of boundary and initial conditions and the solution of the solidification and heat transfer mathematical model of continuous casting slab ( the determination of boundary conditions and physical parameters), then, the programming is carried out. In this study, according to the actual field conditions of 4# continu- ous caster of the steelmaking plant of Laigang, the solidification and heat transfer model of medium-car- bon wide slab is established.
