摘要 在很多农村地区,小学青年教师的职业幸福感严重缺失,主要原因在于:社会和物质待遇低,工作繁重和学生家长的尊重不够,学校管理与教学自主权的冲突,自我需求高以及自身幸福认同能力低等。因此,提升其幸福感的策略在于:加强政府与社会的平衡作用、强化学校主阵地的直接作用和发挥农村教师的自身能动作用。 In poor rural areas, occupational well - being of young teachers in primary schools have missed seriously. The main reasons are the low of their material benefits and social status , heavy work and not respecting of students'par- ents, the conflict of school management and teaching autonomy, the need of their selves -fulfillment and the lack of the ability of their own happiness and so on. Therefore, the enhancement of their well - being needs the joint efforts of the so- ciety, schools and teachers: the government and society should strengthen the role of "balance", the schools which are the main position should strengthen the "direct" role, and the teachers should play their own "active" role.
