摘要
采用铁活化甘蔗渣对中成药制药废水进行吸附研究,以脱色率和CODcr去除率为评价指标,考察了pH值、投加量、温度、H2O2加入量和反应时间等因素对废水吸附效果的影响.结果表明,随着pH值的升高,脱色率和CODcr去除率均先增高后降低;增加甘蔗渣投入量,CODcr去除率上升,而脱色率下降;高温不利于废水的处理;H2O2加入量对脱色率有显著的影响;反应时间对脱色率和CODcr去除率也有一定的影响.实验最佳处理条件为:处理液pH值为初始液pH值,在50mL废水中投加量为3.0g,温度为35℃,H2O2加入量为4.0mL,反应时间为2h.在最佳条件下,制药废水的脱色率和CODcr去除率分别为87.59%和51.88%.同时用红外吸收光谱对甘蔗渣结构进行了表征.
It is studied that sugarcane bagasse was used to adsorb Chinese traditional medicine wastewater with the decoloration rate and CODcr removal rate as evaluation indices. The factors that influenced the reaction under adsorption conditions were investigated. The results showed that CODcr erremoval rate and decoloration rate were increased firstly and then decreased as the pH increased; CODcr erremoval rate increased but decoloration rate decreased as sugarcane bagasse amount increased; temperature too high was unfavorable to the reaction; reactive time and hydrogen peroxide addition amount had significant effect on decoloration rate. The optimum operation conditions were the pH value of 5.3, the dosing quantity of 3.0g, the temperature of 35℃, the hydrogen peroxide of 4.0mL, the reactive time of 2h. And the results showed that the removal efficiencies of color and CODcr reached 87.59% and 51.88%. While sugarcane bagasse structure was characterilized bv IR spectroscopies.
