浅谈少数民族体育在高校的推广与普及——以贵州高校为例

On Promotion and Popularization of Ethnic Minority Sports in Colleges & Universities——Taking Guizhou Universities as an Example

运用文献资料研究法、调查法及逻辑分析法,对少数民族体育在高校推广与普及中的问题进行研究高校体育课程作为高校素质教育的重要组成部分,在使大学生获得体育知识和技能的同时培养终身体育锻炼的意识.而少数民族传统体育是我国社会主义文化事业的重要组成部分,在高校普及推广少数民族传统体育,就是为了更好的继承和弘扬少数民族优秀传统文化.当前,贵州的各个高校正在进行体育课程改革,而少数民族体育对于贵州高校体育改革,提高学生综合素质能力培养他们的终身体育思想,以及对少数民族传统体育在高校的传承与发展,都具有十分重要的意义.

Literature research,investigation methods and logical analysis are used in this paper.University sports program is an important part of quality education,in getting the sports knowledge and skills to promote and popularize the minority sports in colleges and universities.Students must cultivate awareness of lifelong physical activity.Traditional sports of ethnic minority are important components of our socialist cultural undertakings to better inherit and carry forward the fine traditional culture of ethnic minorities.Currently,Guizhou is carrying on physical education curriculum reform in various colleges and universities.And for the reform of Guizhou high school physical education,minority sports are of great significances for improving the students’ overall quality and ability,for developing their lifelong physical activity,as well as for heritage and development of traditional sports of ethnic in colleges and universities.
