WWW信息处理模型和WAP信息处理模型是目前非常典型的网络应用模型,WWW是面向台式机和有线网络的信息处理,WAP则是面向无线网络的信息处理,两者互相结合,构成目前有线网络与无线网络信息处理的应用主流.本文介绍了WWW和WAP的概念,分析了两者的特点、结构和工作原理等,从WEB和WAP页面联系、WWW与WAP的兼容性、WWW与WAP的工作过程、WAP与WWW的开发问题等方面进行了比较研究.

WWW information processing model and WAP information processing model are typical model of network applications.WWW is information processing for desktop and wired networks,and WAP for wireless network.Both of them combined with each other,constitute the mainstream applications of current wired and wireless networks.This paper describes the concept of the WWW and WAP,analyzes the characteristics,structure and working principle,and takes a comparative study on WEB and WAP pages,WWW and WAP compatibility,the working process of the WWW and WAP,WAP and WWW development,etc.
