摘要
针对区域经济和能源产业之间发展的协调度,选取具有代表性的指标来刻画经济系统和能源系统的发展现状,用夹角余弦相似性度量方式来刻画两个子系统之间的协调度,构建了基于多元时间序列相似性度量的协调度函数,并建立一个动态的协调度发展模型。该模型由指标选取、数据标准化和协调度函数三部分组成。同时,就湖南省的区域经济和能源产业协调发展进行了实证分析,提出相应的协调发展建议。
This paper puts more attention to the coordinate relationship between regional economy and energy industry. Firstly, we select a set of representative indexes to analyze the station of economic system and energy system ; secondly, we use the cosine function to measure the coordinated degree ; finally, we build a similarity function and a dynamic development model of coordinated development, which is based on the multivariate time series similarity measure. The coordinated development model we present consists of index selection, data standardization and coordinated function. An empirical analysis between regional economy and energy industry has been done for Hunan province, and some useful suggestions have been presented.
