南通市崇川区社区文化建设的现状与对策

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Community Cultural Construction in Chongchuan District of Nantong City

南通自古就有崇文重教的社会风气,历史上名人荟萃,文化氛围浓郁,而作为主城区的崇川区在新一轮的城市化建设热潮中,社区建设,尤其是社区的文化建设始终走在区域发展的前列。面对成绩,崇川区有关部门仍胸怀使命感和紧迫感,不断前瞻,审视问题,并组织专家学者通过问卷调查、实地考察与调研等方式,归纳了该区在社区文化建设方面的特点及存在问题,进而提出了进一步加强这一工作的对策与措施。

Nantong,a city with many historic celebrities and strong cultural atmosphere,has been emphasizing on education and culture since ancient times.As the main urban zone lives in the new round of city construction fever,Chongchuan district ranks the forefront at regional development in community cultural construction.Despite great success it has achieved,the government of Chongchuan district has never giveup keeping looking forward and finding it＇s defects.They concluded the features and existing problems in community cultural construction in Chongchuan based on the questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation and other methods organized by experts.Thus,appropriate countermeasures are put forward to reinforce the work.
