法制在腐败治理过程中的作用探析

A Discussion on the Function of Legal System in the Process of Corruption Control

法制作为调节人们行为的一种社会规范,对公共权力行使者的行为发挥着非常重要的调节作用。文章剖析了我国目前在腐败治理中存在的法制不健全、相对滞后、尚未切实贯彻执行、缺乏有效的监督机制等问题,致使其在腐败治理过程作用大打折扣,进而从建立健全法制体系、严格执行、强化监督等方面提出了切实发挥法制治腐作用的建议。

As a social norm,legal system plays an important role on regulating the behavior of public power performers.This paper analyzes that during the process of corruption control,the complementation of legal system is greatly weakened because the problem of imperfection,relatively backward,poor implementation and the lack of effective supervision.In addition,the author proposes countermeasures regarding establishing and perfecting the legal system,strict implementation and strengthening supervision to guarantee the effect of the legal system in the process of corruption control.
