摘要
文章基于期刊出版发行的稿源组织、审稿录用、编辑校对三个基本环节的工作要求,阐述了作为一名期刊编辑应具备的基本职业素质。
The paper discussed the basic qualities which good journal editors should possess from three basic processes of periodical editors including organizing,reviewing and editing papers.
