运用PDCA循环模式强化高职院校的教学质量监控研究 被引量:9

摘要 从高职院校提升质量、加强内涵建设的着力点出发,解读了质量管理PDCA循环的基本内涵与主要特点,分析了高职院校教学质量监控存在的主要问题,提出了高职院校强化教学质量监控的对策措施。文章指出,高职院校应运用PDCA循环建立健全教学质量监控体系,推进监控过程完善闭环管理;精心设计教学质量测量、分析制度,强化教学质量信息管理;充分利用教学质量信息持续改进教学质量管理,强力推动PDCA循环,不断提升教学质量和人才培养工作水平。 This paper interprets the main connotation and characteristics of quality management PDCA cycle and analyses the main problems in college teaching quality supervision and puts forward countermeasures to strengthen it from the perspective of improving quality and strengthening connotation construction.It points out vocational colleges should set up and perfect teaching quality supervision system by applying PDCA cycle,and promote supervision and management;should design measuring and analytical system of teaching quality and strengthening teaching information management;should make full use of teaching quality information to improve management and PDCA cycle so as to improve teaching quality and talent education level.
