摘要
综合考虑塑料底板的结构、材料的成本、结构自重对底架槽钢的压力及加工难度等,采用弹性模量高的钢筋穿插于底板的夹层之间来提高底板的整体性能。从力学角度对塑料底板优化方案进行分析,并运用有限元软件进行结构优化;通过优化得到改性后底板的参数,使底板及钢筋的强度、刚度均满足使用要求。
Considering integrated structure of the plastic substrate,the cost of materials,structure weight chassis channel pressure and the difficulty of processing,we use high elastic modulus reinforced interspersed between the layers of the floor to improve the overall performance of the backplane.We optimize the plastic substrate from the mechanical point of view and use finite element software to optimize the structure by optimizing the parameters of the modified floor,making the floor and reinforced the strength and stiffness to meet the requirements.
