简易直流电子负载的设计——基于2012江苏省大学生电子设计竞赛项目分析

以TI公司生产的MSP430F149作为控制器,以MOS场效应管作为恒流源的调整管,并选用TI公司生产的OP07、TLV5616、ADS1212等为核心器件,设计了恒流控制电路、信号调理电路、键盘及显示电路、直流稳压电源电路、A/D及D/A电路等。为提高恒流源的精度及稳定性,电路采用了闭环反馈控制。测试结果表明,系统性能稳定,达到并超过了项目要求的设计指标。

Using the MSP430F149 of TI company as controller,MOS field effect tube as the adjustment device of the constant current source tube,and the OP07,OP37,TLV5616 etc of TI company as the core device,this paper devises a constant current control circuit,a signal regulate circuit,a keyboard and display circuit,DC voltage power supply circuit,A/D and D/A circuit,etc.In order to improve the precision and stability,the close-loop feedback control circuit is adopted.Test results show that this system has stable performance,meeting and exceeding the designed requirements of the project.
