摘要
对基于微控制器C8051F500的汽车发动机热管理系统,设计了系统的硬件结构、散热风扇驱动和基于蓝牙过程数据采集与传输.为了监控热管理系统的过程参数,采用Android系统的平板电脑作为系统上位机,利用蓝牙模块实现了系统指令发送、数据回送及参数设定功能,可以实现6路风扇的自动和手动调节两种控制模式.通过对汽车发动机水冷器、中冷器温度实时测量反馈控制6路风扇转速,达到了对发动机系统热工况的最佳控制.
For the micro controller C8051F500 automobile engine thermal management system, we haved designed system hardware for engine fan drive, and data acquisition and transmission based on Bluetooth. In order to control and monitor the process parameters of the thermal management system, the Android system tablet PC was used as the system host, the system instruction and data transmit was implemented with the Bluetooth to realize automatic and manual control modes. Through the real-time temperature measurement of auto engine water cooler and intereooler, the close-loop control of the speed of six fans can be realized, and finally reaching the engine thermal optimal condition.
