The formation and establishment of modern Consumer Protection Law in European Union

欧盟现代意义上的消费者保护法与中国传统意义上的消费者权益保护法有着截然不同的区别。随着全球消费者保护意识的加强,各国越来越重视对消费者的保护。本文通过分析欧盟现代意义上消费者保护法的形成、发展、概念与体系,评析其与民法、消费者权益保护法的辩证关系,揭示其对我国消费者保护法的借鉴作用。

There is a distinct difference between modem Consumer Protection Law in European Union and traditional Consumers＂ Rights and interests Protection Law in China. With the strengthening of the global awareness of consumer protection, States are attaching more importance to it. This article reveals the meaning of modem Consumer Protection Law in improving our traditional Consumers＇Rights and interests Protection Law by analyzing the formation, development, concept and system of modem Consumer Protection Law in European Union and its dialectical relationship with Civil Law and Consumers＂ Rights and interests Protection Law.
