摘要 在高校教学管理中,教务工作是核心,教务管理水平的高低优劣,直接影响教学质量的好坏,关系到培养出的大学生素质与质量。教务管理与服务是高校教务管理工作的两个重要组成部分,教务工作中的管理,体现在对教学工作的整体安排、统筹上;而教务工作中的服务,体现在"以人为本"的落实上。在目前教学资源还不够丰富、相关的教学规定尚未完善的条件下,增强教学管理人员的服务意识是是建立稳定的教学秩序和良好的教学运行机制的保证,是教务工作得以顺利完成的根本保证。 The teaching affairs administration takes the key place in the high education management, which helps to improve the teaching quality and enhance the integrative diathesis and the innovative ability of the students in universities. It consists of two aspects, teaching affaires administration and services. The former is reflected in the general arrangement and integrated plan for teaching work. While the later, the services of teaching affairs, is demonstrated in the implement of "people orientation". In current universities, which are usually confined by the limited teaching resources and incomplete regulations on teaching and teaching management, strengthening the service consciousness of teaching administrative personnel is the effective way to create stable teaching order and favorable teaching operation mechanism.
