Based on the study of Jiujiang University, the study explains the necessity of implementing moral tu- toting, analyzes the implementation condition and the existing difficulties, and elaborates the methods and tactics of constructing the moral tutoring. The purpose of the paper is to discuss about how to implement the moral tutoring more effectively.
