摘要
本文以国内某大型电力设计企业为研究对象,在分析其国际业务发展现状的基础上,应用SWOT分析方法,找出企业的优势、劣势及核心竞争力之所在,并据此探讨在电网企业主辅分离和设计、施工企业一体化重组后,电力设计企业国际业务发展战略和基本措施的选择和制定,希望为电力设计企业国际业务发展提供借鉴和参考。
By applying SWOT analysis method, the paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a large power engineering enterprise in global market. Innovated from the results of the analysis, this paper has also made a recommendation for the power engineering enterprise on how to choose from different international business strategies after the integrative reorganization of power engineering enterprises, power equipment factories and power construction companies.
