On the Inheritor of Intangible Cultural Heritages from Human Resources Perspective——Taking Chizhou,Anhui Province as an Example

对非物质文化遗产的讨论进入到一个"文化自觉"的时代,对非物质文化遗产传承人的保护是非物质文化遗产保护与传承中的重点工作之一,从人力资源的视角讨论非物质文化遗产传承人的塑造和培养,有利于非物质文化遗产传承人适应产业转型对其提出的素质要求。

The discussion of intangible cultural heritages has entered into a ＂culturally conscious＂ era. The protection of intangible cultural heritage inheritors is one of the major tasks for the protection of in- tangible cultural heritages. Probing into the cultivation of the inheritors from the perspective of human re- sources is beneficial for them to adapt to the quality requirements resulting from industrial transformation.
