终身教育理念下“双师型”教师培养策略的探究 被引量:2

摘要 随着高职教育教学改革的不断深入,培养"双师型"教师已经成为高职师资队伍建设的重点。在阐述终身教育理念和"双师型"教师培养意义的基础上,以培养"双师型"教师在专业知识研修、企业挂职或实践等方面主要内容,探讨高职教师树立终身教育理念、提高终身学习能力及建立和完善培养"双师型"教师的保障制度等对策建议。 With the deepening of teaching reform in higher vocational education, cultivation of " double-qualified" teachers has become the focus of teaching staff construction in higher vocational colleges. The article gives the lifelong education concept and significance of training " double-qualified" teachers and proposes training " double qualified" teachers in professional studies, enterprise attachment and practical aspects. It proposes the countermeasures that teachers should establish lifelong education concept, improve capacity and establish and perfect the protection system of training " double qualified" teachers.
