The Mobile Geographic Information Service System Based on Tablet PC

随着地理信息技术的快速发展，在计算机硬件技术及通信技术的支持下，移动空间信息服务已成当今GIS的研究热点之一。移动空间信息服务可以让大众在任意时间和地点享受地理信息给生活和工作带来的便利，平板电脑的出现和普及更是让这种享受扩大化。本文简要介绍了平板电脑地理信息平台的概念、特点及功能，基于作者的实践成果重点讨论了平台构建的技术难点及解决方法，阐述了移动地理信息系统的发展前景。

With the rapid development of geographic information technology, mobile spatial information service has become one of the hot spots of GIS. with the support of computer hardware technology and communication technol- ogy. Mobile spatial information service made it possible for people to enjoy the convenience offered by geographic in- formation anytime and anywhere, and the convenience is greatly extended with birth and popularization of tablet PC. This paper briefly introduced the concept, characteristics and functions of geographic information platform based on tablet PC, made a discussion centering on the technical difficult points and solutions derived from the authors＇ practice, and looked into the prospects of mobile GIS.
