摘要
分析机织管状组织织造过程中布边偏密的成因,基于柔性载体设计了一种机织管状组织的织口内撑幅机构.该机构在织机所织管状组织的表、里层之间附加2根特殊经纱,并通过张力控制单元控制特殊经纱张力,使之对织口产生内撑作用,这样就使所织管状组织的布面稀密度保持均匀.通过理论分析和实际上机试验表明,该机构简单可靠.利用该机构,所织管状组织的布边无需再经过人工后续处理,提高了经济效益.
The selvedge of tubular weave is denser than its other area on the weaving process, and the cause of it is analyzed, At the same time, an inner cloth-fell brace based on flexible cartier is designed which is used on tubular weaving process. This mechanism adds two special warps between the surface layer and inner layer of tubular weave. The tension of special warps can be adjusted by electronic control unit. So the special warps can brace the cloth-fell and the density of tubular weave can come to be regular. The theoretical analysis and experiment indicate that this mechanism is simple and reliable. By this mechanism, the selvedge of tubular weave doesn't require the manual post procession any more, and it can increase the economic profits.
