高职院校党组织在国家骨干校建设中的作用——以闽西职业技术学院为例

国家骨干高职院校建设是一项系统工程,建设任务重、内容多、过程长。骨干校建设的顺利推进离不开院校党委的核心领导、基层党组织的堡垒战斗、共产党员的先锋发挥。建设院校党组织应通过科学谋划院校发展、加强干部队伍建设、构建和谐校园、推进学习型组织建设、开展创先争优活动、打造工作品牌等途径,发挥党组织在骨干校建设中的方向把握、力量聚合、先锋带动、保障监督等作用。

The construction of college Party organization should be through scientific planning development colleges, strengthening cadre team construction, building harmonious campus, promoting the construction of learning type organization, developing good activities, and creating work brand etc., so as to give full play to the role of Party organization in the direction, force connection, leading, safeguard and supervision of constructing key vocational colleges.
