闽台创业投资的发展与平台的构建

The construction of platform for venture capital investment in Fujian and Taiwan

近年来,经由设立和管理省级创业投资资金、推进中小板创业板市场融资,组建投资集团等,福建创业投资业得到了较大的发展,但与其他区域及海西经济区中福建主体地位相比,在投资机构总数、注册资本总量及管理的风险资本额和私募股权投资企业数量、规模等方面都存在着差距,有待促进。台湾曾经是全球创投业最发达的地区之一,创业投资业发展取得了很大的成就,积累了丰富的经验,但在2000年后出现了下滑,现阶段面临调整和重振。伴随着海西经济区的建设,闽台深入合作的开展,为闽台创业投资交流提供了契机,创业投资平台的构建可概括为"一个中心、两个对接、三个通道和六个子平台"。

In recent venture investment funds, years, through the establishment and management of the provincial and the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises and GEM market financing, and the building of investment group, the venture capital of Fujian province has been greatly developed. But compared with other areas and the subject status of Fujian province in the Economic Zone on the Western Coast of the Taiwan Straits, there is still difference in both the quantity and scale of total investment institutions, registered capital, total management venture capital and private equity investment enterprise; Taiwan was once one of the most developed regions of the global VC industry, and its venture capital development has made great achievements, with rich experience, but since the year 2000 it has declined, and it needs adjustment and revival. Based on the construction background of Economic Zone on the Westem Coast of the Taiwan Straits,further cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan provides an opportunity to build an exchange platform for venture investment. The construction of the platform can be summarized as ＂one center, two butts, three channels and six sub-platforms＂.
