高质量的师资队伍是提高自考教学质量的关键。在工学结合人才培养模式下,自考助学教师要加强责任意识、树立正确观念、加强教学能力,高职院校要优化师资结构、推行"双师型"教师队伍建设,通过加强师资培训、提高自考助学教师的教学能力,加强实践教学、提高自考生的职业技能,健全激励机制、提高自考助学教师的积极性和创造性。

The qualified teaching staff is the key to upgrade the quality of self-study education. Under the model of working-learning, the teachers should establish the sense of responsibility and correct concept, and improve teaching skills. The higher vocational colleges should take measures to optimize the structure of teachers, develop the construction of double- certificate teachers, strengthen teachers＇ training, improve teaching ability, practical teaching and students＇ vocational skills, perfect incentive mechanism, and promote teachers＇ enthusiasm and creativity.
