摘要
本文讨论了线性模型为基础的方差分析和回归分析及以似然函数为基础的最大似然法是家畜数量性状基因定位的常用统计方法。其中回归分析灵活多变适应范围广 ,在区间定位时能同时估计数量性状基因位点的位置和效应值 ,计算简单、实用 ,可利用许多现成的统计软件 ,是目前家畜数量性状基因位点定位的首选方法 ;最大似然法虽然估计较为正确 ,但计算过程复杂 。
The present paper deals with the analysis of variance and regression based on the linear model as well as the maximum likelihood based on the likelihood function,which are widely accepted for detecting and mapping quantitative trait loci(QTL) in the domestic animal The regression approach is flexible and suitable for many stuations ,in interval mapping it can estimate the location and the effect of QTL's simultaneously As the most of software is available for regression approach,therefore it is the first chioce for mapping QTL's in domestic animal The maximum likelihood is the most accuracy method,but its calculation is more complexity and the approach would take much time for programming
