摘要
本文主要是对柚皮精油的提取方法进行优化,并采用滤纸片扩散法测定所提取柚皮精油的抑菌作用。结果表明:采用石油醚为提取溶剂,以柚皮和石油醚的质量体积比为1∶10,75℃下回流提取5 h,精油的最终产率为0.987%。柚皮精油对枯草芽孢杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制效果比金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果好,是一种有广阔开发前景的芳香油资源。
The extraction method of essential oil was optimized in this paper. To determine the antibacterial activity of the shaddock peel essential uil,we used disk diffusion method. The results show that extraction solvent was petroleum ether. The mass and volume ratio of shaddock peel to petroleum ether was 1: 10. Shaddock peel was in refluxing extraction for 5 h at 75 ℃. The yield of essential oil was about 0. 987 %. It was founded that the essential oil had antibacterial activity against Bacillus sabtilis and Staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial activity against Bacillus sabtills was better than against Staphylococcus aureus. So shaddock peel essential oil which has strong antibacterial activity enjoys a prosperous marketing prospect.
