摘要
本文运用有限元软件ANSYS对拓宽路基新老路面搭接问题进行了仿真分析,重点分析了新老路面搭接的适宜尺寸,包括新老面层和新老基层搭接尺寸,此外还分析了车辆荷载相对面层拼接缝和基层拼接缝的不利荷载作用范围。结果表明,新老路面设置搭接台阶能有效地克服拼接缝处拉应力和剪应力集中的现象,使新老路面受力更均匀协调,面层和基层设置的搭接台阶尺寸大于30 cm即可,再增大该尺寸对克服拼接处拉应力和剪应力的效果不明显,同时会导致路面铣刨量增加;拼接缝两侧各50 cm范围是荷载不利作用范围,在进行拓宽道路路面设计时,应尽量避免将重车道轮迹带布置在此不利范围内。该结论可为高速公路拓宽工程新老路面结构拼接设计及施工提供理论参考。
The new and old pavement of widened subgrade was analyzed with ANSYS and the joint size was mainly analyzed,including the overlapping size of the surface layer and the base,the disadvantageous load range of the seam.The results show that the steps can effectively moderate tensile stress and shear stress concentration so that new and old pavement can work coordinately with the overlapping step size of the surface layer and the base can be greater than 30 cm a little.The effect is not obvious and will result in the increase of pavement milling when a greater size is used.The length of 50 cm on both sides of the seam is in the disadvantageous load range,and the wheels of the heavy-lane track should not be arranged in this range.This conclusion can provide theoretical reference for the design and construction of highway widening.
