形势与政策课“教学双主动模式”探索

摘要 充分调动和发挥教师和学生的双主体积极性,这是提升高校形势与政策课教育教学实效性要解决的关键问题。结合教育教学实践,以高校形势与政策课为例,探索和构建了一套"教学双主动模式",其中以拥有一支相对稳定的、专业的、高学历的专兼职师资队伍、根据学生实际需求和教师学术特长双选教学内容、能够形成研究氛围的多种研究式教学方法、采用丰富多彩的数字化教辅平台授课、"糖葫芦梯形递进"的跟踪式实践教学及教师科研激励型教学活动等为其六大核心要素。教育教学实践证明,这种"教学双主动模式"对于调动和发挥教师和大学生的双主体积极性,提升高校形势与政策课的教育教学实效性起到了重要作用。为真正落实"教学双主动模式",取得更显著的教育教学实效性,还应理顺高校形势与政策课的管理体制和工作机制。 The key to improving the effectiveness of the college situation and policy lessons is to give full play to the initiatives of both teachers and students.We construct a new mode from the teaching practice of situation and policy,in which six core elements can be mentioned: a relatively stable,professional,highly educated full-time and part-time teachers' team;the contents according to the actual needs of students and teachers' academic specialty;the various research-based teaching methods which can form the dense academic atmosphere;the rich and colorful digital assistant teaching platform;teachers' scientific-research-based inspirational teaching activities.Teaching practice proves that the new mode can mobilize and exert the double subjects' enthusiasm of teachers and students.For truly carrying out the mode,management system and working mechanism of the course still should be improved.
