摘要
随着教学技术的数字化,字幕影视这种多模态教学材料在二语教学中得到了广泛的使用,字幕视听输入逐渐发展成二语教学中常用输入方式之一。同时,随着外挂字符格式字幕尤其SRT格式字幕技术的发展,影视字幕编辑日趋简易化,字幕在二语学习中的使用方式和实际效用问题也受到越来越多的关注和探讨。在图形-背景理论和认知负荷理论的基础上,动态关键词字幕在二语习得中的显著成效、重要地位和必要性将通过对三种字幕模式(即英文动态关键词字幕、英文静态关键词字幕、英文动态全字幕)对视频内容理解和词汇习得的效果的对比性实验得到进一步论证。
With the digitalization of teaching techniques,captioned videos have gained much popularity in L2 teaching,and multimodal input has become one of the commonest input modes in L2 teaching.Meanwhile,with the development of add-on character format(esp.SRT format) captions,the editing of captions is becoming easier,and more attention and discussion has been attached to different modes of captions and their effects.Based on cognitive load theory and figure-ground theory,the prominent effectiveness,importance and necessity of dynamic keyword captions in SLA will be further proved by the experimental comparison of the different effects of the three caption presentation modes(dynamic English key-word caption,static English key-word caption and dynamic English full caption) upon learner's understanding of the whole content as well as their lexical acquisition.
