摘要
随着各大城市轨道交通建设的推进,以轨交枢纽为核心的建筑群总体开发的城市综合体日益涌现。总体开发的城市综合体往往大规模高强度开发且包含商业、办公、娱乐等城市功能,交通需求呈现"总量大、功能复合、立体化"的特征。借鉴国内外综合体交通设计经验,以深圳湾科技生态园为例,重点结合"完善轨交/公交衔接步行通道、构建人行/车行多平台体系、优化平台转换节点设计"三大对策制定交通设计方案,构筑高效、复合、品质化的立体交通体系。
As the big cities rail transit construction propelling, integrated development urban complex with rail core hub is emerging increasingly. Integrated development urban complex often develop high-intensity with the commercial, office, entertainment and other city functions and its transportation demand characteristic presented big total volume, complex function and tridimensional. Learning domestic and international urban complex transportation design experience and taking the Shenzhen Bay Technology Ecological Park as example, combined with three major strategies that optimizing pedt'strian access between the rail and bus station, creating pedestrian and vehicle multi-platform system and optimizing platform conversion node design to develop transportation design program and build efficient, complex, high quality and tridimensional transportation system.
