昆明阳宗海风景名胜区绿色慢行交通系统设计

Design of Green and Low Speed Traffic System in Yangzonghai Scenic Resort, Kunming

通过对阳宗海区域控制性详细规划、旅游规划、阳宗海保护条例以及自然条件等的分析,结合阳宗海景区的特点,围绕阳宗海设计由电瓶车、自行车、游艇以及步行等慢行交通组成的绿色交通系统,并结合区域道路的布局在景区外围设置二主二辅四处机动车停车场,将机动车限制在景区之外。在慢行交通系统设计的同时,进行道路沿线的生态景观设计,并与周边已建和规划建设的地块功能相结合,最大程度地对景区环境进行保护。

Through analysis on regulatory plan, tourism planning, Yang Zonghai protection ordinance, natural conditions and so on, with consideration on the characters in Yangzonghai Scenic Resort, the Green and low speed traffic system around Yangzonghai was designed, which consists of battery vehicle, bicycle, yacht and walking traffic system. Combining with the layout of regional road system, four motor vehicle parking spots （comprised two main and two auxiliary） are designed, which could keep the motor vehicle outside this Scenic Resort. In order to protect Yangzonghai Scenic Resort environment, with slow traffic system design, ecological landscape design is carried out, combined with functions of built and planning plots ncar the slow traffic system.
