中小城市自行车系统规划研究——以常德市为例

Bicycle System Planning for Small-Medium Cities:A Case Study in Changde

在城市化、机动化背景下,科学合理地规划自行车交通系统有利于引导居民出行观念转变和城市交通结构良性发展。在总结中小城市自行车交通现状问题的基础上,以常德市获批第二批国家步行和自行车交通建设示范城市为契机,对其自行车交通系统规划进行研究,从自行车通道、公共停车场和公共自行车系统几方面对中小城市自行车交通系统的规划思路和体系进行总结,并对相关设计指引进行说明。

In the context of rapid urbanization and motorization, the bicycle travel environment in small-medium cities had become worse and worse. Under this circumstance, scientific and reasonable bicycle system planning was very important in order to guide the public to choose the travel mode rationally and lead the city traffic structure into a sound development track. After the problems of current bicycle system in small-medium cities were summarized, Changde bicycle system planning was studied in this paper as Changde had been approved to be one of the second group of national pedestrian and bicycle system demonstration cities. The framework of bicycle system planning in small-medium cities in aspects of bicycle lanes, public bicycle parking lots and bicycle sharing system was proposed, and the relevant design guidance was also introduced.
