电子警察执法在道路交叉口的应用越来越普及。然而由于常规的电子警察不能抓拍逆行车道的车辆,在路口红灯的时候,部分驾驶员根据长期驾驶经验,从逆行车道通过道路交叉口,逃避电子警察的抓拍,对正常行驶的车辆和行人都造成很大的危害。为了更好地保证道路安全畅通,减少道路交通事故的发生,研究在交叉口逆行车道设置方向性车辆检测器,对逆行车辆进行检测、拍照并处罚。

Electronic police enforcement is becoming increasingly popular in the road intersection, but since conventional electronic police cannot capture converse driveway vehicles.When the light is red, some drivers can escape the normal electronic police capture, drive through the intersection from the converse driveway under the long-term drive experience, to the normal driving vehicles and the pedestrians all is extremely dangerous. In order to better ensure the smooth flow of road safety, reduce road traffic accident, this paper studies the intersection set directional vehicle detector in converse driveway, to detect the vehicles going in the converse driveway, to photograph and to punish.
