加强水源地安全保障体系建设 确保岗南水库水质安全

Strengthening the Construction of the Water Souce Security System and Ensuring the Water Quality Safety of Gangnan Reservoir

从岗南水库水源地法规保护体系建设、安全监控体系建设和水污染应急机制体系建设3个方面论述了岗南水库在水源保护方面采取的措施,使水库水质始终保持在国家地面水Ⅱ类标准以上,为下游居民和石家庄市提供了清洁的生活用水。同时对岗南水库水质保护提出了成立水源地专门保护机构,加强法制宣传,采取有效措施,治理污染源和加强水质监测,及时掌握水库水质变化情况的建议。

The paper has discussed the measures of Gangnan reservoir water source protection in three aspects about regulations to protect the water source system construction, safety monitoring system construction and water pollution emergency response mechanism construction that could make sure the water quality reach second-class standard of the national surface water, supplying clear life water to the residents in downstream and Shijiazhuang. At the same time, we give some suggestions about the establishment of water source specialized protection agencies, the governance of pollution sources , enhancing water quality monitoring and grasping the recommendations of the reservoir＇s water quality changes.
