摘要 石家庄市水资源实时监控系统对用水量、地下水位、降雨量、排污量等水资源信息进行实时采集、传输和处理。实现了水资源信息采集自动化、传输网络化、管理数字化、决策科学化的目标;为实行最严格的水资源管理制度,建立并实施水资源管理"三条红线",全面建设节水型社会,保障城市水安全提供技术支持。 Through the real-time monitoring of water resources system, water consumption, groundwater levels, precipitation, discharge capacity and other water resources information are collected, transmited and processed in real-time.Thus water resource information automation of collection ,transmission network ,digitalmanagement, scientific decision-making goal are realizated. This system provides technical support to implement the most strict water resources management system, the establish and implement the management of water resources "Three Red Lines", the construction of comprehensive water-saving society ,and safeguard city water safety.
