非诺贝特导致尿毒症患者横纹肌溶解2例报道 被引量：6

摘要 服用降脂药导致横纹肌溶解以他汀类药物较多见，氯贝丁酯类引起横纹肌溶解则较罕见，目前国内公开报道的非诺贝特引起横纹肌溶解有20余例，且多于使用常规剂量（200mg／d）的情况下发生，仅有个别病例是由于超量（400～600mg／d）使用导致的。
