摘要
近年来网络失信事件频发,亟需一套网络用户信用评价体系来引导用户的行为,帮助用户判断其他用户发布的网络媒体信息的可信程度。因此,以论坛为研究对象,进行网络用户信用评价体系的研究。首先,提出一种网络用户信用评价指标体系;其次,使用AHP层次分析法和模糊综合评判法建立综合评价的数学模型;最后,以某论坛用户为例介绍使用本模型进行信用评判的过程,验证模型的有效性。
Recent years, more and more people are suffering from rampant dishonest activities on the network, thus it is urgent to develop a evaluation system to guide the cyberspace user＇s behavior and judge the credibility of online media information published by other users. Aiming at this problem, BBS platform is used as an example for researching the credit evaluation system for cyberspace individual users. Firstly, a network user credit evaluation index system is proposed. Then AHP（Analytic Hierarchy Process） and fuzzy comprehensive judgement are used to establish the mathematical model for comprehensive evaluation. Finally with certain BBS user as an example, the validity of the proposed methods is verified with the evaluation model.
