Analysis of Problems of the MTP Technology in Industrial Application

简述了德国Lurgi公司MTP工艺的技术开发历程及工艺流程,分析了神华宁夏煤业集团MTP装置运行中出现的问题;对生产中出现的丙烯产品带水、工艺蒸汽塔不能满负荷运行、工艺蒸汽中Na+、K+含量超标、激冷系统油水分离困难、DME反应器开车飞温、脱乙烷塔系统设置不合理等瓶颈问题,从技术方面提出了相应的解决方案。

The development process and the present situation of German Lurgi MTP technology were introduced. Analysis was made on the problems existing in the MTP plant of the Shenhna Ningxia coal industry group, e.g. the mois- ture content in the propylene product, poor separation of the knockout column, the bottlenecks of Na^＋ and K^＋ of the pro- cess steam column, etc. Technical countermeasures were also suggested in the paper.
