摘要
2-萘酚装置原萘回收工艺中,喷淋塔操作温度偏高,使得萘、水在塔内的分离过程中,萘随水流失严重,既加大了工人清理萘水池的劳动强度,又使萘水池因萘挥发而污染环境。通过采取对喷淋水降温、在喷淋高塔和喷淋低塔底部加装筛板等改造措施,使萘、水有效分离,减少了萘的流失,显著增加了经济效益,并改善了周围环境。
The high operating temperature of the original spray tower in the β-naphthol unit had three disadvan- tages: serious loss of naphthalene during the naphthalene/water separation process, environmental pollution caused by the naphthalene volatilization and high labor intensity in cleaning the naphthalene water pool. By using lower-temperature spray water and arranging sieve plates, the separation of naphthalene and water became more effective, the loss of naph- thalene became less, thus achieving obvious economic and environmental benefits.
