在CRH2A型动车组三级修过程中,多次发现轮对轴承甩油现象、轴箱轴承难退卸轴承锈蚀、轴承电蚀等现象,严重影响动车组轮轴的检修质量和检修工期,通过对该问题研究、分析,提出了相应措施,较好的解决了CRH2A型动车组轮对轴箱轴承在三级检修过程中存在的问题。
