Biological Characters of a New Early Indica Rice "Zaoxian 14" and its Cultural Technique

早籼 14是采用离子束诱变方法选育成功的第 2个早籼稻新品种。其突出特点是米质优良 ,有 8项指标达部颁 1、2级优质米标准 ,该品种的推广有利于早籼稻米结构的调整。早籼 14已通过省级审定 ,命名为“皖稻 71”

Zaoxian 14', a medium-maturing early Indica conventional rice, was developed by Rice Research Institute, Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1996. It was obviously characterized by quality grain rice. It was usually used to adjust construction of early Indica rice by developing this variety. In August 1999, it was certified by the Committee of Anhui Crop Approval and named as 'Wandao 71'.
