临床实习是医学教学中的重要组成部分,在临床实习教学过程中除了传授知识以外,还应该注重临床思维的培养。骨科专业性很强,实习教学任务重,在教学中更应该明确临床思维的重要性,并将其贯穿在临床教学始终,理论联系实践,从加强骨科基本功的训练到教学查房的分析,从临床小讲课的串联到考核的反馈,将临床思维的培养渗透在临床工作各个环节,可以取得很好的效果。

Clinical internship is an important part of medical teaching. Besides passing on knowledge, clinical thinking should also be noticed. Or- thopedics is a rather professional discipline, the teaching task of which is heavy. Clinical thinking should be even valued in teaching, and we should run it through in clinical teaching and integrate theory into practice. For our experience, clinical thinking can be permeated into daily clinical works, from the basics to condition analysis in daily round and examination. We find it effective.
