不同压力管理措施对医务人员心理健康水平的影响

The Impact of Different Stress Management Measures on the Mental Health of the Medical Staff

目的探讨实施不同压力管理干预措施对三级医院医务人员心理健康的影响效果。方法应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对北京市2所三级综合医院的医务人员进行调查。2次调查期间,对急诊科、重症监护室的人员进行重点干预,对其它人员进行一般干预。结果重点干预组、一般干预组自身前后比较,均无差异(P>0.05)。重点干预与一般干预两组之间干预前后比较,干预前在躯体化、敌对、焦虑、偏执、睡眠饮食、GSI、PSDI上存在统计学差异(P<0.05,P<0.01),在重点干预组比一般干预组分值高;干预后两组之间无差异(P>0.05)。结论采用团体辅导、拓展训练模式,是提高医务人员心理健康的有效措施。
