新能源汽车战略性新兴产业的快速发展,给新能源车辆专业建设和人才培养带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。围绕新能源汽车产业发展趋势和新的人才需求增长点,论述了新能源车辆人才培养的必要性,对新能源车辆专业人才的培养原则、培养目标、课程体系和实践环节体系建设等方面加以研究,探讨了新能源车辆专业人才培养模式,为高校、政府及企业培养新能源汽车高端复合型专业人才提供参考。

With the rapid development of strategic emerging industries in the new energy vehicle,the construction of new energy vehicle engineering and talent training are brought opportunities,and challenges. Around the trends of the new energy automotive industry and growth in demand for new talents,this paper discusses the need for talent training in the new energy vehicles. And the paper studies training principles,training goals,curriculum,practical aspects of system construction in the new energy vehicle engineering and so on,explores talent training mode of the new energy vehicles engineering to give universities,government and enterprises deveioping the new energy vehicles,high--end,compound professionals a reference.
