鼻阻力计评估鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后疗效的观察与护理

Observation and nursing care of application of nasal resistance meter for assessing curative effect of correction surgery for patients with deviated nasal septum

[目的]探讨鼻阻力计评估鼻中隔偏曲矫正术后疗效的观察与护理。[方法]对60例鼻中隔偏曲病人行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术,采用鼻阻力计结合视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估鼻中隔偏曲矫正术手术效果。[结果]与术前比较,鼻中隔偏曲病人在术后12h鼻气道阻力及VAS评分均降低(P<0.05)。[结论]采用鼻阻力计能较好评估鼻中隔偏曲矫正术前后鼻腔气道阻力的改变情况,同时采用VAS对鼻中隔偏曲病人进行评分,能准确、客观地评估鼻中隔偏曲矫正术的疗效。

Objective：To probe into observe the Observation and nursing care of application of nasal resistance meter for assessing curative effect of correc- tion surgery for patients with deviated nasal septum . Methods：A total of 60 patients with deviated nasal septum underwent the deviated nasal septum correction surgery,and the nasal resistance meter combined with a visual an- alog scale （VAS） was used to assess the operative effect of nasal septum sur- gery. Results： Compared with before operation, the nasal airway resistance score and VAS score of patients with deviated nasal septum were lower at 12 h after operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The nose resistance meter can bet- ter assess the change of the nasal airway resistance before and after nasal septum surgery,while using the VAS score for patients with deviated nasal septum can accurately and objectively assess the curative effect of the nasal septum surgery.
