甲状腺乳头状癌中的BRAFT1799A基因突变研究：转化医学的实例 被引量：1

摘要 转化医学的核心是在从事基础科学的研究者和了解患者需求的医生之间建立起有效的联系。强调从临床实践中发现问题，将其凝练成基础医学研究内容进行研究，再将研究成果应用到疾病诊断、治疗和预防中，使其真正发挥作用。近10年来，在甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）中开展了一系列BRAFT1799A（以下简称BRAF）基因突变的相关研究，
