从肾脏内科的角度看肾脏去交感治疗
摘要
肾脏是调控血压的重要器官。当肾脏出现慢性损伤时，患者常易合并高血压，且血压的升高程度和控制难度均较原发性高血压为著。严格的血压控制是延缓慢性肾脏病（CKD）患者肾功能衰退，降低心血管并发症的关键治疗手段。因此，这些患者在临床上常需大剂量、多药联合治疗来控制血压。但即便如此，这些患者的血压控制仍常不能达标。
