摘要 血栓栓寒性疾病的长期抗凝治疗一直是临床中的重要问题。尽管新型抗凝药物研发取得了重要的进展，并已经或即将上市，但是华法林作为最古老的口服抗凝药物仍然是需要长期抗凝治疗患者的最常用药物，
